Message to clients

In therapy I provide an environment that will allow you to express yourself freely and openly. I am genuine and supportive, but can be direct and challenge you to adapt your thinking when necessary. I strive for my clients to feel more focused, emotionally regulated, and confident. I work with adults who are suffering from anxiety including OCD and panic, as well as depression, grief, and relationship issues.

My approach involves cognitive-behavioral therapy and emphasizes solution-focused techniques including building coping skills to better manage one’s emotions. I promote the use of mindfulness based techniques such as meditation and deep-breathing. My goal in treatment is to help my clients identify changes that will allow them to live a more positive life.
